The nexus between human resources practices, intrapreneurship and organizational innovation

Abstract

In today’s world, the impact of strategic human resources management on innovation activities plays key role in organizational development and change management. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of human resource management on intrapreneurship and organizational innovation. It is emphasized by many significant authors in last decades that the entrepreneurial activity is at the heart of competitiveness, productivity growth, innovation, economic growth and job creation. The research based on literature review and personal interpretation on the topic. Theoretical analysis on relevant researches on nexus between human resources management, organizational innovation and intrapreneurship, presentation of conceptual framework, presentation of the research findings are the objectives of the research. This study has potential limitations such as data collection process and access to the relevant literature. Research results emphasize on the impact of job selection process, training process, reward and motivational techniques on organizational innovation and intrapreneurship.

Bahman Peyravi, Vilnius Gediminas Technical University

Ph.D. in Business Management, in the field of Innovation Management, Management, and Marketing in Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. He is  He specialized in experience and knowledge transfer, innovation advisory services, and HR motivation strategies. He teaches disciplines taught: Innovation management, Marketing management, services markeitng and management, International marketing, Economics of human resources. Scientific interests: Innovation management, digitalization, technology transfer, Experience and knowledge transfer.

Arturas Jakubavicius, Vilnius Gediminas Technical University

Ph.D. in Business managmenet, Professor of Innovation management in Vilnius Gediminas Technical University. He has more than 20 years of experience in delivery of innovation support services to SMEs and research institutions. He specialized in transnational technology transfer, innovation advisory services, innovation capacity building and innovation policy development. He teaches disciplines taught: Innovation management, high technology management, business management. Scientific interests: Innovation management, digitalization, digital transformation, innovation support services. Author of more than 60 scientific works. 

Rytis Bickauskas, Mykolas Romeris University

Master student in Finance. His area to research is assessment of the impact of intellectual capital on the company's operations. He is an expert in finance advisory services with more than 10 years’ experience of implementing business management models projects for companies. Scientific interests: Finance, intellectual capita, business management, Economics.

Alyona Piven, State Biotechnological University

Ph.D., Senior Lecturer of Department of organization of production, Business and Management, Kharkiv Petro Vasilenko National Technical University of Agriculture. She teaches discipline taught: Management, Intellectual Property, Оrganization of labor manager, Theory of oragination.
